ROB McElhenney says he is 'glad' he didn't listen to the 'morons' who advised against investing in Wrexham AFC.
Rob and friend and fellow actor Ryan Reynolds officially took over at the Racecourse in early 2021.
Since then, a rollercoaster of emotions has followed for the Reds both on and off the pitch.
The Disney Plus series 'Welcome to Wrexham' has boosted the club's reputation to unprecedented levels and the takeover has given supporters hope once more.
This week, Rob has given his thoughts on those who told him that 'no one cares' about the National League which Wrexham currently play in.

A Tweet from trusted Non-League reporter Thomas Feaheny revealed that Wrexham top the average attendances in their league this season with a figure of 9,949.
Notts County are second with 8,166 and Oldham Athletic are in third with 7,164.
Responding to that Tweet, Rob said: "When we started looking at this league we were told "no one cares". Good God am I glad we didn't listen to those morons."

Wrexham have had a brilliant start to the 22/23 National League season, currently sitting at the top of the table after winning 14 of their opening 20 matches.
The Reds will be hoping to end a 15-year wait for a return to the English Football League come the end of this campaign.
