XPLORE! Science Discovery Centre and Ty Pawb are teaming up for a scientific extravaganza this August.
Following on from 2021’s success, Discover, returns for 2022 on the weekend of August 6 and 7 to bring an array of family friendly activities, demonstrations, and interactive performances.
The two-day event will feature robots, bubbles, slime, paint-making, plus the return of the popular exploding custard show whilst featuring over 80 science exhibits on the exhibition floor.

Principality Building Society and Lyan Packaging are sponsoring the Saturday and Sunday events respectively and are helping to stage activities such as the particle smashing show, the platinum show, LEGO coding workshops and much more.
Ty Pawb will be hosting the brand-new Stardome feature enabling visitors to fly through the sky whilst the simulator experience will also be available for anyone who has ever dreamed of driving a giant vehicle.
The fun won’t stop there, with further science activities continuing throughout Wrexham at Yellow and Blue and the old Hippodrome site.
