THE CHEAPEST places to get fuel across Wrexham and Flintshire have been revealed.

With many of us relying on our vehicles to head to work and out over the weekend, you're guaranteed to have to stop at a garage some time soon to fill up.

The cost of living crisis remains, and so we want to ensure drivers are reliably informed on the most cost-effective places to refuel.

According to PetrolPrices.com, for unleaded petrol in Wrexham the best place to stop is Smithy View Service Station where the price is 139.7p per litre.

Asda and Morrisons Wrexham are second at 142.7p, followed by Tesco Wrexham at 142.9p.

Nisa Wrexham at Taurus Service Station Brooklands currently is priced at 142.9p also, whereas Shell on Holt Road is priced at 144.7p.

For diesel in Wrexham, Asda and Morrisons Wrexham costs 147.7p per litre, Tesco Extra and Sainsburys are a little steeper at 147.9p and Texaco Kingsmill Road is 148.9p.

In Flintshire, Gulf on Mold Road (Caergwerle Station) is cheapest at 139.9p per litre.
