A MAN who was more than two-and-a-half times the drink-drive limit has lost his licence.
Rhys Evans, of Council Street in Llay, appeared at Wrexham Magistrates Court on Monday.
The 38-year-old admitted that on March 18, he drove a Vauxhall Cavalier on Llay New Road.
Justin Espie, prosecuting, told the court that on the day in question, police ended up driving behind the defendant in Llay.
He was travelling below the speed limit and "randomly braking" - even on straight sections of road.

As such, he was stopped and breath-tested.
His evidential reading showed he had 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 35.
Defending himself at the hearing, Evans told the court the experience had been an "eye-opener" for him.
He added: "I am awfully sorry, I really am.
"I didn't realise it could stay in your system so long.
"It will not happen again.
"I'm sorry - that's all I can say."
The court handed down a £240 fine, as well as ordering Evans to pay a £96 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
He was banned from driving for 24 months.
