JD SPORTS is set to move into a 'significantly larger' Flintshire site this coming weekend.

The major sports chain is set to remain within the Broughton Shopping Park offerings - but is moving to an even bigger site.

It will be moving from its current location at Unit 4A to Unit 2B, which spreads over an impressive 9,007 square feet.

That means the new store offers an 85% increase in trading space compared to the current JD outlet at Broughton.

Customers can get a first glimpse of the new location when it launches this Saturday (March 23) from 9am.

It will stock the latest ‘fits, trainers and accessories for men, women and kids from all your favourite brands like Under Armour, Montirex, Technicals and more.
