TOMORROW (February 26) marks the last day of National Chip Week and Leader readers have given their views on the best chippy in Wrexham and Flintshire.
National Chip Week runs during the last full week of February each year, and to mark the occasion, we asked Leader readers which chippy they think is the best across Wrexham and Flintshire.
Last week we did the best according to Tripadvisor, but now it is the turn of the readers, and here is what you had to say...
The Big Fish in Mold was a popular response, with Paul Clayton, Jodzi Elizabeth, Courtney Derbyshire and Edward Murphy all agreeing that was the best chippy, along with many more.
Angela Duncan said: "You can't beat Yiannos in Mynnydd Isa".
Catherine Elizabeth and Roz Russell both chose the Master Fryer in Queensferry, with Roz saying "no one can touch them".
Bill Jones said Borras chippy "is by far the best in Wrexham".
Teresa Morris and Dorice Griffiths both chose Jones' in Wrexham.
Adam Williams said: "Wes Edwards Mold, same consistency in taste for over 40 years, not many can say that."
