HAVE you ever wanted to own a pub? Perhaps you can in 2024, as a host of boozers are up for sale across Wrexham and Flintshire.
More and more pubs are reopening or being revamped under new ownership across both counties, but a number of locals remain on the market.
Here, we've collated all of the pubs that are currently up for sale across Wrexham and Flintshire.
WREXHAM
The White Horse, Overton - The three-storey public house, located on the High Street in Overton is on the market for £375,000.
The Trotting Mare - The pub situated between Overton and Ellesmere is up for sale, along with a family home and holiday lets for £995,000.
The Old Swan Brewery - Located in the city centre, the 19th-century public house is available for £325,000.
The Colliers Arms, Ponciau - The former pub, based in the centre of Ponciau is on the market for £350,000.
FLINTSHIRE
The Market Cross, Holywell - The former Wetherspoons is on the market for £400,000, after being put up for sale by the chain's boss Tim Martin in September last year.
The Coach and Horses, Flint Mountain - The quaint pub with a bar, restaurant area and large beer garden is up for sale for £375,000.
The Red Lion, Llansana - The historic pub, which has been shut since 2020 is on the market for £350,000. Star Bar and Pubs recently announced plans to revamp the site had been abandoned.
The Druid Inn, Pontblyddyn - The pub was put on the market in 2021 after significant refurbishment. It failed to sell at an auction recently and remains available for £325,000.
The Feathers Inn, Holywell - The grade II listed building located on Whitford Street is up for sale for £290,000.

The Boars Head, Holywell - Located on the town's High Street, the pub with a recently installed beer garden is on the market for £275,000.
The Red Lion, Holywell - Another pub situated on the High Street in the Flintshire town is up for sale for £225,000.
The Corner Pin, Saltney - Located on the High Street in Saltney, the pub is available for £195,000.
