A SELFLESS Wrexham woman is kindly donating her hair to a child in need this Christmas despite battling her own health issues.
31-year-old Katy Hill from Wrexham has committed to doing her good deed this Christmas by donating her beautiful hair to the Little Princess Trust. She will also be raising crucial funds for the challenge which can be donated to here.
Katy has sadly struggled with health problems for most of her life, including a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia, M.E, POTs Syndrome and Scoliosis.
The mum-of-two wants to give something to someone else who may be struggling during this festive period in an act of true kindness.
Katy said: "Being disabled I can’t do much with my life. Yes, I get to bring up my beautiful children and do everything I can for my kids with help from my family but wanted to do something for someone else.
"I looked into raising money for different causes and saw that I could donate my hair for a young person and thought what a beautiful thing to do for someone, especially at Christmas.
