A 'LARGE NUMBER' of horse equipment has been stolen from the Flintshire area.
Horse Watch works with the police to help detect and prevent horse crime. The scheme connects owners and riders so information can be shared quickly.
They have warned this week that 14 saddles and 24 bridles have been stolen from Holywell recently.
The following horse-related items have been stolen according to the Horse Watch team;
- 1x Equip Synergy Monoflap
- 1x Stubben jumping saddle
- 1x Stubben Parzival saddle
- 1x Albion 5000 dressage saddle
- 1x Equipe synergy jumping saddle
- 1x Prestige saddle
- 4x Stubben Siegfried saddles
- 2x Thorowgood synthetic pony saddles
- 1x Australian Stock saddle
- 1x Albion K2 saddle
- 24x mixture of Stubben and Amerigo bridles

Helen Lacey, North Wales Police's Horse Watch co-ordinator, said: "There has been a report of theft of a large number of saddles and bridles in Holywell.
"Fourteen saddles have been taken along with 24 bridles.
"If you have any information which can assist please mention Crime reference number A165202"
