Wrexham Council is looking for the public to provide information about the mobile network reception in the city centre.
They are asking visitors, shops and businesses in the city centre to let them know about their experience of the mobile network reception when they’re in Wrexham.
There are four questions to answer and the council use your responses to feedback to the mobile network operators so they can help improve the coverage.
You can check the survey here.

Cllr Nigel Williams, Lead Member for Economic Development and Regeneration, said: “Mobile network reception is an essential part of our lives these days and we are aware that there are problems in some areas of the city centre that we’d like to see improved.
“Please take the time to answer the questions so we can work directly with providers to improve the coverage for the area.”
The survey is open until July 14, 2023.
