PLANS for a temporary "Children Services Unit" at Wrexham Maelor Hospital have been approved.
An application submitted to Wrexham Council last month requested permission for the development at the Croesnewydd Road hospital site.
The has now announced that the scheme had been given the go-ahead.
In the application, it is explained that the development will be in place for two years in order to provide "an additional facility adjacent to the Children's Outpatient Service" at the hospital.
