POLICE tracked down a car in Wrexham which is believed to be linked to thefts.
North Wales Police's Wrexham City team said its officers spotted a "suspicious" BMW on Thursday (June 23).
A check revealed that it is linked to thefts in the Cheshire area, and as officers attempted to stop the car - two men ran from the vehicle and escaped officers after a foot pursuit.

After officers went back and located the car, police said the boot was found to contain a "significant quantity" of what officers believe to be stolen property.
Both the car and suspected stolen items were seized for further inquiries.
