CONNAH’S QUAY NOMADS’ U18S made it a day to remember for the Deeside club by making it through to the semi-finals of the Horace Wynne Cup.

Adam Woosey hit four with Ethan Gault, Cameron Ramsey and Jacob Barrett also scoring in a 7-5 thriller with Brymbo Victoria in another tie that went to extra time.

Paul Messham and Adam Lloyd both hit doubles in a tie that went to extra-time after it finished 5-5 after 90 minutes. Gary Evans was Brymbo’s other scorer.
