MOLD ALEX and FC Queen’s Park were both 5-2 winners in Division One of North East Wales Veterans League.
Alan Dawson (2), Lee Reynolds (2) and Elliott Slade were Mold’s marksmen at Broughton United who hit back through Adi Gough’s double.
First teamer Nicky Williams scored twice and set up the others for Darren Jones (2) and Tony Jones as Park beat Penmaenmawr Phoenix.
In Division Two, Ryan Dunn, Lee King-Magee, Darren Jones and Michael Whales scored in White Bear’s 4-2 victory at Cei Connah for whom Stewart Barry scored both.
Dale Hill (2) and Jonny Taylor netted in Acton’s 3-2 win at Gresford Colliery, whose scorers were Matthew Tarbuck and Michael Dugine.
