WHILE action for the year has drawn to a close, it remains busy off the field as far as North Wales Crusaders are concerned.

The club, which completed its Championship campaign last month, is inviting applications from people interested in joining Crusaders’ board of directors.

The club stated: “We are strengthening the leadership around our club to ensure that Wales Crusaders has the ideas, expertise, relationships and financial foundations required to thrive for many years to come.

“We want to hear from people who share our belief in the potential of rugby league in Wales and are ready to play an active role in building a stronger, more sustainable and successful club.

“These are active, contributory board positions - not honorary titles. Every director will be expected to bring fresh thinking, relevant business experience, practical support and a meaningful financial contribution.

“In return, you will have the opportunity to influence the club’s direction, help unlock new opportunities and make a lasting contribution to the future of Wales Crusaders and Welsh rugby league.”
