CHESTER have continued their pre-season programme with an away victory.
The Blues produced a dominant display in their 3-0 midweek triumph over Nantwich Town.
This was Chester's penultimate run-out ahead of the new season and an own goal from Declan Weeks' dangerous delivery handed the Blues the lead in just the second minute.
Tom Peers drilled home an effort from the edge of the box to double his side's lead.
Then, with a quarter-of-an-hour remaining, Chester had their third of the evening.
Dan Ward made sure of his first goal in Chester colours with a clever finish.
