UP FOR THE CUP: The Valkyries - North Wales’ girls rugby union club - were in RGC U16s Cup action as were the U16s boys side from Wrexham.
Wrexham took on Cobra, Bala and Welshpool while the Valkyries U10s team went up against the Rebels at Wrexham.
Five Valkyries members went to Merthyr Tydfil to take part in trials for the Boys and Girls Club of Wales, while another four represented the club in the North East Wales Schools team.
