FLINT MOUNTAIN completed part of one of the weekly mission with flying colours on Monday and now it’s time for part two tonight.

Aden Shannon’s side reached the final of the North East Wales FA Cup after a stunning 2-0 win over Cymru North champions-elect Holywell Town at Airbus.

Jack Sconce gave Flint a first half lead before setting up the second for Calyn Spencer in the 58th minute.

It’s a quick turn-a-round for the Mountain men, who will go top of the Ardal North West League if they win at Conwy Borough tonight.

“We cannot take our foot off the gas now as teams are really turning up against us,” said boss Shannon. “There is no easy game coming up.”

It’s the battle of the Rangers at Hawarden where Brickfield are the visitors.

“We’ve got loads of injuries and it’s having a huge impact,” said Brickie boss Gareth Wilson, whose side could move up three places with a win.

Nantlle Vale host Llangefni Town and Bethesda Athletic go to Y Felinheli in tonight’s other games.

The top match in the North East League is the derby date between Cefn Albion and Penycae at Clywedog Park.

“After another disappointing result against Dolgellau, its our job to raise the players for a local derby against Penycae,” said Albion coach Ian Andrews.

“They will be fresh and up for a battle as they are still not quite safe yet as Llanrhaeadr have more games to play.

“We picked up a few injuries Saturday so our squad will be tested”

Kien Morris, Alex Williams and Leighton Kendrick will be in contention to start after impressing from the bench but Jordan Williams and Torne Samuels miss out through injury.

Leaders Penrhyncoch are back in action after their Welsh Trophy final defeat at the weekend.

They host Llandrindod Wells while the other two sides in the top three - Llanuwchllyn and Bow Street - go head to head while Radnor Valley welcome Builth Wells.

There’s one game in the North East Wales League Championship with Overton Recreational completing their season at home to Aston Park Rangers.

Reserves Division champions Mynydd Isa go to Greenfield while Lex XI’s home game against Penyffordd Lions will complete the league campaign.

The National League play-offs kick off tonight with Solihull Moors having home advantage over FC Halifax.

In National League North, Chorley - managed by former Wrexham striker and Airbus boss Andy Preece - host Curzon Ashton.
