A MEMORABLE rugby league campaign will be celebrated this weekend.
North Wales Crusaders went close to securing promotion to the Championship as they reached the grand final of the League 1 play-offs and the club will be marking its successful season at the end of season awards tomorrow evening.
The awards event will get underway at Ramada Plaza, Wrexham at 7pm and it will also be an opportunity to mark the achievements of the newly-formed Cru women’s team.
Under the direction of Becki Davies, they successfully navigated an undefeated first season of competitive action.
Tickets for the event are priced at £25 and they’re available by logging onto the North Wales Crusaders’ website.
