NORTH WALES CRUSADERS’ stunning run in the League 1 play-offs just goes on and on!

Following their brilliant win at Workington, Carl Forster’s side followed it up with yesterday’s last gasp 13-12 success at Oldham.

Toby Hughes’ 79th minute drop goal sealed it for Cru, who will now travel to Hunslet or Doncaster next week.

Ahead of the trip to Boundary Park, Forster said it was “up there” as one of the biggest games he’s been involved in.

Speaking to CruCast, Forster said: “It’s up there, especially with the adversity we’ve had this year.

“I think somebody said to me the other day after the (Workington) game, I think it’s only been a month since the Cornwall game and it looked pretty bleak at the time.”
