NEIL EBBRELL has joined Chester FC as goalkeeping coach.
Ebbrelll left Connah’s Quay Nomads earlier this season after spending 14 years with the Cymru Premier League outfit where he worked with former Blues keepers, John Danby and Andy Firth.
Manager Calum McIntyre told the club website: “Adding Neil to our backroom team is something I am really, really pleased about.
“To be able to add someone of his experience, commitment and personality to the coaching team is such good news for the club.
“In Wyll Stanway, we have a talented young goalkeeper that we want to work with and develop. Neil will be an essential part of that as well as working to develop the other young goalkeepers we have around the first team and youth team.
“I am really looking forward to working with him and seeing what he will no doubt add to the group.”
