IT’S a massive weekend in both rugby codes this weekend.

Wrexham and Mold make their return to North Wales rugby union’s top division tomorrow while in rugby league, can North Wales Crusaders win at Workington Town on Sunday in their play-off eliminator?

Head coach Carl Forster (pictured) is looking for the Crusaders’ players to focus on themselves for the knockout clash.

He told CruCast: “Obviously, we concentrate on ourselves.

“We look at what we can do. Where we can be better and as long as we fine tune a few things of where we can get Workington, of where we can be strong, so it is a balancing act.

“Try and not put too much new information into the boys.

“It’s potentially the last game, or one of the last games, so you don’t want to go over the top with new things.

“But we’ll just try and perfect some of the things that we need to work on.”

Sunday could potentially be the final Cru match for talisman Rob Massam, who will depart the club at the end of the season.
