A NATIONAL title has been claimed by talented Wrexham youngsters.

FC United of Wrexham under 12s secured a remarkable victory in the highly anticipated 2023 English National Alliance Futsal Plate competition.

Led by captain Keegen Barton and propelled by the outstanding performance of Osian Evans, the team etched their names in history by hoisting the championship trophy.

Under the watchful eye of manager Andrew Ruscoe, the FC United of Wrexham squad has developed into a formidable force over recent years.

The United team arrived at Loughborough University brimming with confidence and determination to leave their mark on the tournament.

With Kyrun Ruscoe, Alfie Evans, Kai Edwards, Osian Evans, Keegen Barton and Zac Sheil in the ranks, the squad showcased a fine blend of skills and team spirit that proved difficult for opponents to overcome.

Among the standout performers was Osian Evans, whose exceptional skill and scoring ability led him to amass 10 goals at the event.
