PAUL MULLIN won and scored a penalty in each half as below-par Wrexham beat lowly Scunthorpe United 2-0 at The Racecourse.

Phil Parkinson's side were far from their best but three points is all that matters in the race for the National League title.

The second placed Reds remain five points behind Notts County, who saw off Southend 4-0, with two games in hand.
