HEAD coach Anthony Murray was thrilled with the display of Scott Turner during his return to the North Wales Crusaders ranks.
Turner was the man of the match as Crusaders opened their League 1 campaign with a thrilling 36-34 victory at Rochdale Hornets.
Now, Turner - who scored two tries in that win - is set to play his first match at Colwyn Bay with Cornwall on Saturday.
"Really pleased to get him," said Murray.
"Not only is Scott a good player, but he's a good person.
"Delighted to have him back after three years.
"It looked like he had never been away."
"He has looked after himself.
"He is a lad that's always looked taken care of himself... and he scored a couple of good tries.
"I'm just really pleased he got through the game unscathed."
