THIS is a very busy week in the life of Wrexham Football Club.

As I mentioned in my column last week, we will be appointing a manager this week and as you will have seen we are also launching our new first team kit.

I am sure that people picking up my column are hoping for the latest scoops on everything that is going on inside Wrexham AFC but sometimes I have to be a bit cryptic and this is one of those weeks!

I know that the appointment of our new manager is the most eagerly awaited announcement of the week and I ask only that people are patient for a very little while longer!

What I can speak about with absolute freedom is the new sponsorship deal with social media giant TikTok which was announced on Wednesday.

We are delighted to be partnering with them as they will help spread the name of the club far and wide as well as furnish the club with unlimited access to videos of people dancing to short snippets of songs.

Don't worry if you are not a TikTok user, though. We will be continuing to communicate through all our traditional channels, including this column!

The new home shirts, which made their debut in the TikTok sponsorship announcement video, are available from today, July 1, online and in the newly-refurbished, club shop.

The shop has been refitted with the help of our friends from Macron and they have done a fantastic job in sprucing the place up.

The home kit will shortly be joined by the away kit and a brand-new line of training wear produced by our friends at Macron, as well as the more traditional gifts and curios you can expect from any club shop.

We are delighted to hear this week that we are closing in on a deal for the use of Colliers Park for our first team for next season.

It was a priority of Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds to secure a first-class training facility for the first team to use and while we look to progress on the construction of a purpose-built facility of our own, we are delighted to be able to use the fantastic facilities that the FA of Wales have maintained at Colliers Park.

I know that people have been asking about season ticket sales and believe you me, we are as eager to get them on sale as anybody.

Truth be told, we are just trying to work out exactly how many people will be allowed into The Racecourse for the start of next season.

That number is changing regularly to reflect the current coronavirus situation in Wales, as it should, and we don't want to sell season tickets that we can't let people in on.

We promise that as soon as we know what is going on, we will let the season ticket holders and those looking to become season ticket holders know.
