WREXHAM ran out deserved 2-0 winners against Woking at The Racecourse in the first game under new owners.

Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhnney have completed their takeover and Dean Keates' side produced a performance fitting of the occasion.

Dior Angus put Wrexham ahead with his first goal for the club on the stroke of half-time and Luke Young made sure of the points after the break, converting a penalty after Kwame Thomas was brought down in the area.

Wrexham were good value for the win which extended the unbeaten run to six games - the best spell of the season - and took the Reds up to sixth place in the National League.
