A couple have made history by becoming the first to marry at a Flintshire village church in its 125-year history.
Charlie Jones and Zoe tied the knot at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Drury on Saturday, October 31, after the church was granted permission to hold weddings for the first time.
Around 45 family and friends filled the church for the landmark ceremony, which was led by the Revd Jenny Clarke.

The Revd Jenny Clarke said: “Congratulations to Charlie and Zoe on their marriage.
"We were delighted that they chose their local church, the Church of the Good Shepherd, for their wedding and it was a wonderful occasion.
“It was a dry and bright day for them and approximately 45 family and friends filled the church for the couple’s special day.”

The Church of the Good Shepherd, affectionately known locally as the 'tin chapel', was built in 1899 as a daughter church to St Matthew's in Buckley.
Although it has served the community for more than a century, special occasions such as weddings had traditionally been held at St Matthew's.
That changed after efforts were made to allow weddings to take place at the Drury church, with permission granted by the Bishop of St Asaph, the Rt Revd Gregory Cameron.

Speaking before the first wedding, the Revd Jenny Clarke said: “The congregation at Good Shepherd and the local community are very proud of the history and heritage of their tin chapel.
“There are very few churches like this left so ensuring that Good Shepherd can provide all the services that communities need is really important.
“The tin chapel has a special atmosphere and is cosy and comfortable inside, perfect for an intimate wedding ceremony.
“Many in the local community have strong connections to the church through baptism, Sunday school or family, so being able to offer weddings too will help more people experience this special church.”
People living in the Rhos a Mynydd Mission Area, or those with a qualifying connection, can now marry at the Church of the Good Shepherd.
