Hadlow Edwards' 2027 calendar aims to create a tribute to the architecture, history, community and urban landscape of the area. The judging panel is eager to see how this concept will play out and how this will be interpreted.
The deadline for entry is 11.59pm on Sunday, November 1, 2026, ahead of the judging on November 3. The winning entries will be announced on November 4 and there will be a special VIP viewing of all the entries in the atrium of Nightingale House Hospice later in November.
Murphy-Jo O'Reilly, Hadlow Edwards' new marketing lead, said: "I'm really excited to pick up the mantle and keep this wonderful competition going now I'm working with Hadlow Edwards. The past few years of this competition have been amazing, and it has grown every year, in both size and quality. I'm looking forward to seeing the undoubtedly amazing entries for this year's theme, which is Urban Exploration.

"I set this theme because I have a particular interest in architecture, and Wrexham has such a wonderful blend of styles and eras. So, it gives everyone an opportunity to look around the city and their local areas in a new light, and also see how they can use their unique experiences and perspectives with the local area and its people to capture their special shot."
All of the profits made from the calendar will go to Nightingale House Hospice, which provides specialist palliative care services, completely free of charge, to patients and their families in Wrexham and the surrounding areas.
Kara Lindsay, corporate partnerships officer for Nightingale House Hospice, added: "The ongoing support we receive from Hadlow Edwards is invaluable and we are thrilled to be partnering with them once again on their 2027 calendar project.
