TRAIN services between Wrexham and Bidston have been cancelled today (Wednesday, September 2) amid a trespass incident.
Services on the line were cancelled this morning due to trespassers on the line at Hawarden Bridge, near Shotton.
Latest updates from Transport for Wales (TfW) state that services are now back running, but may be subject to delays.
A TfW spokesperson said: "We've been made aware of a trespass incident at Hawarden Bridge meaning we cannot run services through the area whilst British Transport Police are on the line dealing with the incident.

Its website warned of potential service disruption until about 1.30pm
TfW put on replacement bus services between Wrexham and Bidston while the line was closed.
