IT IS prom season, quite literally the time to shine for students across the region.

Having spent the past few weeks sitting their GCSEs and A Levels, teenagers across Wrexham and Flintshire are being given the chance to celebrate their time at school with the Year 11 or sixth form prom.

They're the perfect opportunity to dress up in a stunning gown, smart suit or something unexpected, spending time with friends as teachers and school staff reward students for their hard work. Not to mention the chance to arrive in style, with plenty of creative modes of transport on show.

Has your child or grandchild attended their school prom? Did you take photographs of them as they prepared to celebrate? Or maybe they arrived in a unique way...
