A MAN has been arrested following an 'incident of public order' at a supermarket in Flintshire.
Shortly before 11.40am today (Tuesday, Aug 5), North Wales Police received a report of criminal damage at Tesco, Holywell.
Officers attended and a 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage, public order and assaulting an officer.
He remains in custody.
Acting District Inspector Thomas Matthews said: “I would like to thank members of the public in the store at the time for their patience while we safely resolved the incident.

“There is no wider or ongoing risk to the public."
A Tesco spokesperson added: “Our Holywell Superstore is now open as usual following a brief closure.
"We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.”
