MOTORISTS are being warned there will be a series of road blocks in Flintshire this morning.
Traffic Wales say the rolling road blocks will be along the A494 eastbound, between Aston Hill and Queensferry between 8.15am and 8.35am.
Traffic Wales say it is for carriageway repairs and thank motorists for their patience.

Motorists in Flintshire are also reminded that from tomorrow (Monday) temporary traffic lights will be in operation on Pen-y-Maes, Holywell.
The works, beginning on Monday, December 2 until Friday, February 28, 2025 will see the introduction of traffic calming measures, proposed signal-controlled Puffin (pedestrian) crossings, junction improvements and resurfacing.
Access to individual properties and businesses will be maintained throughout the work, although short delays may be encountered.
Administered by the Transport Department, the Safer Roads Fund is a UK initiative that funds road safety projects to reduce the risk of serious injury and death for all road users. The initiative gives funds to local authorities to implement the necessary steps.
