THE Horseshoe Pass is closed following a crash this afternoon (Monday, May 20), police have said.
North Wales Police has said the mountain pass above Llangollen is currently closed following the incident.
A spokesperson said: "Horseshoe Pass, Llangollen is currently close due to a Road Traffic Incident. Emergency Services are currently dealing.
"Please avoid the area in the meantime and consider alternative routes on your travels."
An eye-witness has said that a car has come off the road and ended up in a ravine.
Multiple emergency services, including ambulances and fire engines, are said to be in attendance.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service said it has sent two appliances to the incident.
