WREXHAM's first-ever Night Market is set to take place tonight transforming the city centre into an after hours social.

Originally taking place on Llwyn Isaf, the event organisers have now announced a venue update.

Due to ground conditions, the event has been relocated to Queen's Square to ensure the safety of all visitors.

This venue is less than a minutes walk from Llwyn Isaf and is hard-standing to ensure it remains accessible for everyone.

An event spokesperson said: "We would like to thank Wrexham City Centre event team for their support in ensuring we have a safe venue in the city centre for the event today.

"We value their continued support to City Centre events in Wrecsam

"We look forward to welcoming you to the event."

The idea behind the event is to encourage residents to attend who are busy working during typical daytime hours.

The one-of-a-kind event will feature live music, mouth watering street food, refreshing drinks and a fully stocked bar serving cocktails, mocktails and coffee.
