A HERITAGE site in Flintshire is set to host a fun-filled day of live music and food.

Greenfield Valley is holding the ‘Live at the Valley’ event on June 1.

Running from 1pm until late, it promises a day filled with music, delicious food, drinks and entertainment for all ages.

An array of musicians and binds will be performing throughout the day. Some of these include rock and pop cover bands Wax Lyrical and Wilbur Milton, as well as country and western singer Megan Lee.

There will also numerous food and drink vendors on site, and activities to keep the little ones entertained throughout the day; including games, face painting and interactive arts and crafts.

Brenda Harvey, chair of Greenfield Valley Trust, said: "We’re thrilled to announce the date of this year’s ‘Live at the Valley’ event.

"It is becoming a tradition for families and friends to come here together to take in the sounds, the food, and the drink, in the fantastic setting of our historic site."

Admission to Live at the Valley is ticketed, you can pre-book at greenfieldvalley.com/product/live-at-the-valley/
