Congestion and delays were reported after a road and lane were closed following a crash between Ewloe and Queensferry.
The incident occurred on the A494 eastbound carriageway between Ewloe and Queensferry, with one lane and the Plough Lane off slip road closed.
Traffic officers were at the scene, and the road reopened at about 12.30pm. However, continuing congestion was reported.
