A FREE Easter egg hunt is taking place at an artisan market in Wrexham city centre this weekend.

The event is being organised by the Wrexham Artisan Market on Queens Square on Saturday (March 30).

The markets open from 10am, and the Easter egg hunt will take place from 11am until the markets close at 4pm.

There will be a gazebo set up on Lord Street where entry forms can be collected.

Kids can wander around the market and hunt for the eggs with letters and completed forms will then be exchanged for an Easter egg.

The market itself will include a whopping 80 independent businesses offering a wide range of cakes, street food, artisan bread and unique gifts.
