There will be plenty of top Chester chefs showcasing their culinary expertise at this year's Taste Cheshire Food and Drink Festival.

Beginning the three-day spectacular over the Easter weekend on Saturday, March 30 will be the team from relative newcomers to Chester's food and drink scene, North Light.

The acclaimed bar and restaurant, located in Chester's Coachworks Arcade, will be led by head chef Adam Klinger, who will take centre stage on the festival's chef demonstration stage at 11am.

Klinger, known for his passion for local produce and innovative twists on classic British cuisine, will be showcasing the venue's new brunch menu. He is an experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in kitchen management.

Joining Klinger is bar manager Shaun Ellson, renowned for his innovative cocktails and infectious enthusiasm.

Throughout the day on Saturday, attendees can enjoy a lineup of culinary stars, including celebrity chef Miguel Barclay, Chris Clowes from The Henry Potts, Jay Tanner from Twenty-Eight, Rupert and Lisa from All About Greens plant-based cookery school, and Chris Holland from Artezzan with a dazzling cocktail demonstration.

Sunday will see the final of the Chester Sausage Competition, plus demonstrations by chefs including Elliot Hill from The Chester Grosvenor and Curtis Tonge and Liam Williams from the newly opened Boheme.

Monday will see demonstrations from Simon Rimmer, plus Valentina Aviotti from Da Noi.
