THREE Wrexham dads are embarking on an epic challenge in support of a cause close to all their hearts

Mates Paco, Matt and Ste will be walking 130 miles from the Principality Stadium in Cardiff to the Cae Ras Stadium, home of Wrexham AFC.

They will leave Cardiff on April 22 getting back to North Wales in time for the Wrexham v Stockport game on April 27.

It's all in aid of Dynamic Wrexham, a centre for children and young adults with SEND, helping them to take part in activities in a supportive environment .

The lads said: "We are raising money for Dynamic Wrexham, which is a centre for children and young people with disabilities.

"This centre means a lot to many children and families in the Wrexham area with activities and groups put on by staff and volunteers on a daily basis.

"It's a fantastic place and as with many charities, fundraising is paramount to be able to sustain the good work they do.

"We'd love to raise as much as possible, please donate if you can, any amount will be greatly received.

"Thank you for your support!"

They set up a Just Giving page to raise funds, and have already been overwhelmed by the support they've received.

They added: "Our hearts are set on making a difference, and every step we take brings us closer to supporting the incredible work they do."

Collectively calling themselves the Wrexham Ramblers, the three dads are Matt, Paco Anderson, and Ste Richardson, and all their lives revolve around family, football and friends.

Matt, 37, has two children Luca and Emilia with wife Bec.

37-year-old Paco, real name Mark, is married to Hannah. The couple have two sons Oliver and Louie.

Ste Richardson, 38, is married to Angie, and they have two boys, Theo and Hugo.

Ste's son Theo benefits directly from Dynamic Wrexham so he has seen its positive impact first hand.
