NATURAL Resources Wales has issued an update in relation to a spillage of a blue substance on roads in Flintshire.
The liquid was spilled on areas of road from Dock Road in Connah's Quay to Chester Road in Pentre on Wednesday (February 15).
Natural Resources Wales (NRW) and Flintshire Council launched an investigation into the spillage.

Some residents raised concerns over potential environmental impacts after the liquid was seen entering water courses which run alongside Chester Road.
On Friday, NRW issued an update on the investigation. A spokesperson said: “NRW officers revisited the scene yesterday (February 15) and confirmed there was no impact to the environment.
"Our investigation is now concluded.”
