A MAIN road near the Wrexham-Shropshire was closed for several hours this morning (Sunday, January 28) due to a "police incident".
The A5 was closed near Gobowen, with traffic being diverted off the A5 through Gobowen.

The A5 between the five crosses roundabout and North Gledrid roundabout is closed northbound and southbound.
Drivers are asked to find alternative routes.

Drivers had been told to allow extra journey time while emergency services were on scene.
Shortly after 11.30am, police confirmed that the road had reopened in both directions with delays clearing well in the area.
