ASDA in Wrexham was closed for a brief period this afternoon (December 30).
People had taken to social media to state that the store was closed due to a burst pipe and flooding inside.
One person said: "Water everywhere was in there when it started. Alarms were going off."
Another added: "Anyone heading to Asda today, they've had a flood and not letting anyone in. We've just been turned away at the door."
People have said the store reopened at about 1pm.
An Asda spokesperson told said: "Due to a burst pipe we closed the store temporarily for less than an hour. We’re now open and running as usual and would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
