IN THE run up to Christmas, pubs and restaurants across Flintshire will be serving up Christmas dinners, and these are the five best places you can get one, according to TripAdvisor.
A turkey dinner with all the trimmings is one of the main traditions at Christmas, and the dish is a staple on menus throughout the month of December.
If you can’t wait until Christmas Day, we’ve compiled a list of the best places to get a Christmas dinner from in Flintshire.
We have used TripAdvisor ratings for the best pubs and restaurants across the county and only included the establishments that we could see had roast turkey on the menu, meaning some pubs miss out.
The top five are as follows:
1. Cherry Pie – The pub in Nannerch is the top-rated establishment in Flintshire. It is offering the traditional dinner as part of its Christmas menu, which includes three courses for £24.95.
2. Cross Keys, Sychdyn – The Cross Keys is also running several festive options on its daily menu.
A turkey dinner costs £15 and is on offer daily in the build-up to Christmas.
3. Pen Y Bont – The pub in Mold has had a festive menu on offer from the middle of November and will end on December 30.
A Christmas dinner is available as part of the festive set menu, priced at £23.99 for two courses and £26.99 for three courses.

4. Druid Inn – The pub in Llanferres is another Flintshire establishment running a set Christmas menu.
The menu, which offers turkey is running until December 27. Two courses cost £27.95, while three courses is £37.95.
5. Glasfryn – The Brunning and Price pub has a traditional Christmas dinner available on its daily menu.
A turkey roast will cost you £19.95.
