A POPULAR Wrexham-based cafe is raising crucial funds for local charities this Christmas with a special Santa's Grotto.
Marubbi's Cafe, situated on Bank Street in the heart of Wrexham, is hoping to spread Christmas cheer for an excellent cause this December.
Every Saturday between 11am and 4pm, the cafe is hosting a Santa's Grotto to raise crucial funds for local charities.
It is £5 for a gift and to meet Santa, and an extra £5 for a professional photo done by Bluepaganarts Photography.
All donations from the grotto will be shared between Wrexham's Salvation Army and Nightingale House.
The cafe is owned by Hari Gould and has been in the family for 127-years making it a firm favourite among generations in Wrexham.
Hari said: "It’s important to support your local business especially during Christmas time as it a big part of the community.
"By doing this, customers will then be supporting two local charities in Wrexham which heavily rely on community spirit.
