Here are the latest that have appeared as public notices over the last week:
- Listed building application for new accessible entrance, lift and toilets, kitchen and ancillary rooms and meeting offices to ensure continued sustainability of Grade II listed Capel Pendref at Kings Christian Centre - Pendref Chapel, Pwll Glas, Mold.
- Change of use of to form bar in existing vacant shop property at 32, High Street, Mold.
- Change of use of land off Bryn Lane, Wrexham Industrial Estate from agricultural area ecological area and creation of ponds and ditches.
- Listed building consent to replace the concrete interlocking tiled roof at Earl Buildings, Earl Road, Mold. It has reached the end of its useful life and would be replaced with a traditional slate roof, repair windows and repainted white.
