A stunning golf course and holiday park venue in Flintshire has been sold.

International real estate advisor Savills has advised a private family-owned business on the sale of Pennant Park Golf Club and Holiday Park, in Holywell, to Wayfind Escapes for an undisclosed sum.

The golf course and facilities occupy the majority of the 45.29 hectare (111.94 acres) site, with the 18 hole golf course spanning 6,059 white yards, par 70 and the holiday park having consents for 73 static holiday caravans.

The Leader: The resort is set amongst 110 acres of Welsh Countryside.

Located to the western boundary at the end of the private driveway is the clubhouse – a purpose-built two storey building extending an approximate gross internal area of 470 sq m (5,059.04 sq ft), comprising a lounge and bar area, kitchen, large function area and office.

Pennant Park Golf Club & Holiday Park is situated in a stunning rural location, with areas of the course having views over the Dee Estuary to the Wirral Peninsula.

The site also benefits from being in close proximity to the seaside resorts of North Wales with their sandy beaches attracting visitors from all over the UK.
