Whether it was as a wife, mum, sister or friend, we were all so blessed to have Cath as a ray of sunshine in our lives.

"We’ve always known how much of a saint she was but we’re overwhelmed by the amount of love and well wishes we’ve received from the community.

"It's clear our Cath had an impact on so many lives, even if she didn’t even realise it at times. The family couldn’t be prouder of our Angel and she will never be forgotten."

Regular customers also shared their condolences and fond memories of Cath on social media after hearing the sad news.

Carly Emma Jones on Facebook said: "This is really heartbreaking. She was so lovely with my boys each time we saw her, often saying they reminded her of her own. Thinking of her friends and family."
