A BROKEN-down vehicle has sparked heavy traffic in Flintshire this morning.
Traffic Wales has confirmed that the vehicle has broken down on the A55 eastbound between Holywell and Pentre Halkyn.

There is a lane closure in place to assist with the recovery of the vehicle.
Traffic cameras show heavy congestion in the area, with motorists told to pass with care.
