A POPULAR supermarket is recruiting colleagues in Wrexham as a result of its continued expansion in the area.

In a welcome boost to the local economy, Aldi is currently recruiting for 40 store assistants, ranging from 10 to 30 hours per week.

Aldi is looking to hire for roles at its Plas Coch Retail Park and Ruthin Road stores.

Starting pay for Aldi store assistants is £11.40 per hour nationally (£12.85 within the M25) and paid breaks for the average store colleague are worth £927.
